CHEM 3100 Organic Chemistry 3: Advanced Organic Synthesis
The course consists of a detailed discussion of the reactions that facilitate functional group interconversions in organic synthesis. The opportunity to explore specific topics in considerable detail will develop a solid foundation for strategies in organic synthesis. The concept of retrosynthesis will be used to further develop these strategies.
